Part of me is thinking, "Well, Blackheart probably doesn't have an escape plan--he's probably just having fun poking at GL's insecurity."

The other part of me really wants him to have a plan.

I hope all this is blackheart's plan. But we know the author is fan of Breaking Bad, and if BB has taught us anything 'sides who is knocking at the door, it's that everything always ends with a bloodbath and there is nothing you can do about it.

Me too! Not that I want to rain on his parade of good luck so far, but if the Director was right and they manage to catch him off guard at an overconfident moment - I would love to see what their next move would be. I know the main story is about Nimona, but it would also be interesting to see what happens on the side of the Institution for a bit especially from Goldie's perspective. Is the Director really the mastermind of this evil plot, and why? Or is she taking orders from someone else with even bigger and more sinister plans? I'm so curious to see this story take a big turn, it's been pretty steady so far...
